    Tub Waste and Overflow Installation

    1. Tilt tub on its side and set the overflow pipe on the backside of the tub (figure A). The overflow (figure B) is secured by tightening the grid on the inside of the tub. Be sure not to over tighten–just hand-tighten plus a quarter turn is enough (figure C).

    2. Measure for correct length of overflow pipe, then detach it and cut to size with a hacksaw (figure D).

    3. Clean up the rough edges with a file and reattach (figure E).

    4. Cut drain pipe to proper length and set rubber ring inside drain opening (figure F). Attach the drain pipe to the overflow pipe and the drain flange.

    5. Check that all the PVC connections are tight (figure G), then tip the tub back into place.
