    Customizing Cabinet Doors

    1. Lay edge-banding along rough edge of plywood and cut with a utility knife (figure A). Run a hot iron over it to adhere it to the board (figure B). Use the highest setting and start ironing in the middle and work toward the ends.

    2. Run the edge trimmer along all four sides for a clean edge (figure C).

    3. Use a jig and forstner bit to cut holes for the concealed hinges (figure D).
