    Flooring Installation

    1. Remove carpet, carpet pad and base molding (figure A).

    2. To level between different flooring surfaces, use a material like luaun. 1-1/2" staples will secure the luaun to the subfloor.

    3. Roll out the underlayment and cut to size with a utility knife (figure B). No need to use any type of adhesive.

    4. Set the first few pieces of flooring in place. They simply snap together (figure C).

    5. Use shims to keep the flooring the correct distance from the wall to allow room for it to "float".

    6. The finished floor looks great (figure D)!
