In this segment, Chris Chianelli gets to try out a modified and hopped-up RC truck powered by an electric engine.Important: This demonstration provides some of the basic information for assembly and operation of this particular model truck. There are variations in assembly for each particular model. Read and carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions that come with yours, whether it is this particular model or another. Additional information about assembly as well as running, troubleshooting and fine-tuning the model can be found in the manufacturer's instructions.
Important: As with all RC models, when operating electrically powered trucks, the radio transmitter should always be the first thing turned on, and the last thing turned off. If a vehicle's receiver is turned on before the transmitter, the vehicle may pick up a stray signal and begin operating out of control. With the transmitter turned on first, the corresponding receiver will pick up -- and lock onto -- the proper radio signal.
