After 14 hours in to our level two project, were well on our way with the secret garden. There are just a few finishing touches to top everything off!
Steps1. For seasonal color, New Guinea impatienses are added (figure A). 2. Dark mulch is placed on the path and will allow the green plants to stand out nicely (figure B). 3. Subtle garden art is placed to bring more character to the space (figure C).
4. An asparagus fern (Asparagus Densiflorus Sprengeri) is added to the top of the column (figure D).After 15 hours of work, Maureen has finished the secret garden (figure E). So remember, dont neglect your side yard! Amazing things can take place over there. Maureen did this in just one weekend -- and so can you!
