    Comedian and actress Phyllis Diller is renowned for her colorful personality. As you can imagine, she loves color in the garden too.

    A magnificent 23'-high hedge provides privacy and a backdrop for the colorful plants that fill her lush garden. Bougainvillea grows abundantly in a burst of color over a trellis. And she finds that her camellias produce larger blooms if the buds are thinned in early spring.
