    Dollars and Sense

The Garden Sense crew used 15 plants in Hardiness Zone 6 and spent more than $1,300.

The most expensive plants were the two Paperbark Maples at $200 each.

The least expensive plants were the herbs. For example, the Basil and Sage cost $6.95 each and the Mint cost $5.50.

Plant prices may vary by zone.
