Dollars and SenseWe used 16 plants in Hardiness Zone 7 and spent $1,130. The most expensive plant was the contorted filbert at $150 dollars, but it was worth the cost. The least expensive plants were the lantana at just three dollars apiece. Plant prices may vary by zone.
