    Figure A

    Ingredients:

    Gallon jar with lid
    Dehydrated citrus fruits
    Dried lemon leaves
    Hemlock cone
    Whole cloves
    Dried citrus peel
    Anise leaves

    Preparation:

Place the lemon leaves in a plastic bag and scrunch them up. Place in a gallon jar and scrunch up more. Add small hemlock cones, citrus peel, and crushed anise leaves. Shake well and add whole lemon, lime and orange dehydrated slices. Shake and roll around to mix the potpourri together. After you get the mixture the way you want it, store the jar on its side. Each day for approximately 3 weeks roll it to give it a chance to season and the aromas to mix together. When ready to use or give as gifts, you can put in bowls or baskets.

Another great idea for dehydrated citrus is to make a wreath (figure A). Just wrap a wreath in fabric. Glue some citrus rings and anise leaves half way down the wreath and top with a raffia bow.

We at DIY believe all of the recipes from All in Good Taste are accurate and reliable, but since we have not tested them personally, we can claim no responsibility if the desired results are not achieved.
