Cindy Piccoli uses a wire wreath frame to create a lovely square wreath. Materials: Dried, silk or paper flowers with greenery
Wire wreath frame
Green chenille ties
Wire-cutters
Wreath clamp or pliers
- First, select flowers to match decor and purchase a wire frame (figure A) at your local crafts store.
- Then, bunch flowers and wrap chenille tie around all stems to secure.
- Trim stem ends so that they are a uniform length (figure B).
- Align wire wreath in the wreath clamp and place flowers (so that all blossoms are in same directions and gaps are eliminated) within wire brackets.
- Use clamp to press brackets closed around the stems (figure C).
- Repeat until entire wire frame is covered.
