Whether remodeling or building new, consider making your home more efficient by going tankless.

    • Unlike traditional hot water heaters, tankless systems heat water only as its needed, providing an endless supply of hot water on demand.

    • Because the same water is not being heated and reheated, the average homeowner could save from 5-50% on their annual water heating costs (figure A).

    • They can be installed inside your home between wall studs (figure B) or mounted on your home’s exterior (figure C).

    • In addition to saving money, tankless systems can also help save the environment. They emit fewer green house gases and most of the components can be recycled; which means they don’t end up in landfills.

    • Many tankless water heaters are so energy efficient, you may even qualify for a tax credit.
