Iron-on webbing and fabric were used to create this one-of-a-kind page.

Need a new background idea? Look no further! Juliana Hudgins shares her technique for creating fabric "papers".

    Materials:

    JewelCraft Size 30 Mirror Nailheads
JewelCraft Size 16 Machine Cut Stones
JewelCraft Beads and Accessories of choice
    Fabric of choice
    Handmade papers
    Cardstock
    Iron-on Webbing
    Iron, no steam
    Pencil
    Decorative Edged Scissors
    Handkerchief or Washcloth
    Mouse pad or foam

    1. Cut out a 12 x 12 piece of iron-on webbing. Set aside

    2. Cut pieces of fabric using decorative edge scissors. When cutting, use random directions instead of straight cuts to create more dimension and interest.

    3. Tear handmade paper and or cardstock.

    4. Lay out all pieces to fit onto iron-on web (size of choice). Don't worry about pieces overlapping one another. You can trim or tack down excess fabric and papers using decorative nailheads. (Optional - Add more dimension by placing a rhinestone on top of the mirrored nailhead.)

    5. Cover all pieces with a handkerchief or washcloth to protect delicate fabrics or papers. Follow instructions for iron-on webbing, and make sure to use a dry iron with no steam.

    6. Peel webbing back off and place onto piece of cardstock (color and size of choice).

    7. Follow iron-on webbing instructions and apply finished piece to cardstock. Make sure to always cover fabric and paper with handkerchief or washcloth to protect materials used.
