Shake things up with a delicious fruit cocktail that takes melon to a new level of enjoyment.
Beatnik Blaster With Melon GarnishIngredients: 1-1/2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. melon liqueur
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. lemon juice
fresh melon
1/4 c. sugar 1. To make a sugared rim, rub a sliver of melon along the edge of a glass and dip theh glass in sugar.
2. Shake ingredients with cracked ice and strain into the sugared martini glass (figure A) (figure B).
3. Garnish with small melon balls threaded on a decorative toothpick and floated in the glass (figure C) (figure D).
