    Materials:

    38" fine-gauge gold chain, 2mm oval link
45 2.5 mm faceted citrine rondelles
8 vermeil daisy spacers, 4mm antiqued gold
    1 vermeil toggle clasp
2 premade gold wire hoops, 1-1/4" diameter
    2 gold jump rings, 4mm
    2 gold eye pins, 2mm
    flat-nose pliers
    round-nose pliers
    chain-nose pliers

    Necklace: Creating Focal Bead Strand

    1. Thread 1 eye pin with 1 daisy spacer, 15 citrine rondelles and another daisy spacer (figure A).

    2. Using round-nose pliers, close end of the eye pin to make matching loops; if the wire is too long, cut to size with flush cutters (figure B). Next, bend entire strand into a soft curved U-shape (figure C).

    3. Create a second, smaller strand by repeating the steps, but reduce the number of citrine rondelles to 10.

    Attaching Chains

    1. Measure and cut into 2 lengths, 18-1/2" and 19-1/2", or to desired length.

    2. Attach shorter chain to the smaller focal piece by opening the eye loop on the side and slipping on the end chain loop (figure D). Repeat on the other side to make a fully closed loop/necklace (figure E).

    Attaching Clasp

    1. Lay smaller necklace inside longer, find the midway center point for both strands (where clasp will attach) and cut each chain with flush cutters.

    2. Using both pliers, open a jump ring, making sure to twist the ends away from each other. Slip one end of the toggle onto the ring, then one end of each of the chains (figure F). Twist jump ring closed using pliers.

    3. Repeat steps with opposite end of toggle and chain ends.

    Earrings

    1. Thread each hoop with 1 daisy spacer bead, 10 citrine rondelles, followed by a second daisy spacer bead (figure G).
