Ingredients:6 oven-baked chicken breasts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 apple, cored and chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. almonds, slivered
fresh dill to taste
pinch of pepper
salt to taste
sandwich bread
daisy-shaped cookie cutters
1. Chop the cooked chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow the flavors to blend in the refrigerator for an hour.
3. Cut daisy shapes into the bread with a cookie cutter (two pieces per sandwich) and fill with chicken salad.
