 Embellish an apple with a clever turnip daisy and a couple of leek ribbon flowers.

Turnip DaisiesProject Designed by Chef Ray. Materials: 1 whole turnip 1 U/V cutter 1 Deba-style knife 1 short blade Thai-style knife - Cut a 1/2" wide slice from the turnip.
- Using the U end of the cutter, make a circle in the center of the turnip slice 1/2 way through.
- Holding the short knife at an angle cut a thin strip around the center and remove.
- With V cutter, make eight shallow incisions from outer edge to the center.
- With U cutter, make eight connecting cuts between the V incisions.
- Separate flower from background, use V cutter to increase definition between the petals.
