Project designed by Leonila Arboleda.Materials: cantaloupe carving knife carving board Spiral Melon Vase - Cut off one end of the melon to form a stable base.
- Using a peeler or cheese shaver, peel the melon.
- Holding a knife at an angle, follow the first cut to cut away a thin layer.
- Remove the layer and discard.
- Repeat the cut around until the melon is carved. The finished product can be used as a centerpiece or vase.
