    Rimmed glass ingredients:

    cocoa powder
    powdered sugar
    orange slices
    chocolate syrup
    2 small plates

    Powdered cocoa and sugar rims:
Mix together equal parts cocoa powder and powdered sugar and pour onto a small plate. Rub the rim of the martini glass with a slice of orange. Turn the glass upside down and press into the cocoa/sugar mixture (figure D). The juice on the rim will help the cocoa powder adhere.

    Chocolate sauce rims:
Pour chocolate sauce onto a small plate. Turn the martini glass upside down, lightly dip and swirl the rim of the glass into the chocolate sauce (figure E).
