    1. Purchase a very inexpensive scrapbook because you will be covering it up completely. If you choose a green album it will blend with the grass.

    2. To cover the outside of the book start with synthetic grass and attach it to the cover with epoxy (hot glue will not stick) and let dry.

    3. Use hot glue to attach a red checkered tablecloth or napkin to the grass (figure A). Let it hang over the edge to add realism.

    4. Take a small paper plate and snip the edge and place it at the edge of the napkin.

    5. To build the peanut butter sandwich take a piece of 1/2" thick piece of upholstery foam and cut a piece that resembles bread. To make the foam have the appearance of a piece of bread paint the top of the crust brown with acrylic paint.

    6. Add miniature plastic grapes to the plate (figure B).

    7. Add a hard foam apple, cut in half to the grass. To create a "bite" use a screwdriver, do not bit it. Glue directly to the grass.

    8. Add a cocktail napkin.

    9. Glue a trail of plastic ants across the album (figure C).

    10. For the inside cover, glue a piece of brown textured paper to resemble the underside of a piece of sod.
