    Materials:

    Karen Foster Design transparency
    Karen Foster Design patterned paper:
    Karen Foster Design metals
    Offray ribbon
    All Night Media stamps
    Tsukineko ink
    Therm O Web adhesive dots

    1. Tear writing paper into long strip, chalk torn edge and adhere to background paper.

    2. Adhere transparency to background paper at the top using two thumbtack brads.

    3. Using the transparency as a guide, adhere large photo to the background paper (figure A).

    4. Stamp child's name directly onto transparency (figure B). It's okay that your stamping overlaps onto the photo: it's on the transparency and won't harm the photo. Stamp date a lighter shade by first stamping onto scratch paper and then onto transparency.

    5. Adhere the bottom of the transparency to the background paper using thumbtack brads.

    6. Add ribbon, knotting one side, to the layout using brad bars (figure C).

    7. Add three smaller photos with mini clips (figure D).
