    Materials:

    acetate
    Krylon acid-free spray paint
    SEI paper
    decorative tape
    chipboard alphabets
    ribbon
    label holder/brads

    1. To use a mask, lay it over the acetate sheet and spray with spray paint (figure A). You can use die cuts, chipboard letters or whatever strikes your fancy for a mask (figure B).

    2. Allow the transparency sheet to dry, and then layover a patterned background like the one from SEI in figure C. Choose a dense repeating pattern for best results.

    3. You can use decorative tape (figure D) to attach the acetate to the background by wrapping the tape around the sides of the page.

    4. Mount photo using photo corners, and further embellish with chipboard letters, ribbon and journaling block (figure E).
