    Steps:

    1. For the cover: Apply black ink from the ink pad directly onto the spine and back cover of the craft binder (figure A). Apply black ink to just the edges of the front cover.

    2. Cut a 4-3/4"x 7-1/8" piece of purple words paper. Cut a 2-1/4" x 7-1/8" piece of purple texture paper. Tear one long edge and ink with black. Glue to the right side of the purple words paper. Use the corner rounder to round the top and bottom corners on the right side of both papers. Glue to the book cover.

    3. Use Glue Dots to attach the pink grosgrain ribbon along the left edge of the cover.

    4. Insert a brad in each hole of the metal library card holder. Journal the book name on white paper and attach to the back of the library card holder. Attach to the book cover.

    5. For the inside front cover: Cut a 4-3/4" x 7-1/8" piece of purple texture paper. Cut a 3-1/2" x 7-1/8" piece of lavender texture paper. Tear one long edge and ink with black. Glue to the left side of the purple texture paper. Use the corner rounder to round the top and bottom corners on the left side of both papers. Glue to the inside front cover (figure B).

    6. Use the template (in the PDF file below figure C at the right) to cut a pocket from black glimmer paper (figure C). Fold as indicated and wrap a piece of pink grosgrain ribbon around the pocket, securing with Glue Dots. Glue to the inside front cover (as shown in figure B).

    7. Cut out the large shipping tag and wrap pink grosgrain ribbon around it (figure D). Cut out the small circular tag and ink the edges with black. Write the name on the tag with a black pen. Tie a knot in a piece of black ribbon and attach to the tag with a Glue Dot (figure E). Glue onto pocket (figure F).

    8. For the pages: Cut a 4-1/4" x 7" piece of purple words paper and punch holes evenly to fit the rings of the binder. Repeat with white paper for as many sheets as you want to fill the book.

    9. For the inside back cover: Cut a 4-3/4" x 7-1/8" piece of lavender texture paper. Use the corner rounder to round the top and bottom corners on the right side. Glue to the inside back cover.
