    Use metal letters to embellish and personalize your pet page.

    Materials:

    Metal Letters by Scrapyard 329 in your pet’s name
    Pet and Hearts Paper Rings by Scrapyard 329
    Aluminum Studs by Scrapyard 329
    2 pieces of 12" x 12" cardstock in colors that coordinate with your photo
    1 piece of 8-1/2" x 11" white cardstock
    14 inches of Black and White Gingham Ribbon
    Photo of your pet enlarged to 8-1/2" x 11"
    Double-sided tape and mini glue dots
    Black thin tipped pen
    12" Paper Trimmer
    Scissors

    1. Matte your enlarged photograph in an accent color, leaving an inch length at the bottom of the photograph.

    2. Attach the matted photograph towards the top of the page, leaving enough room below the photo for your pet’s name and journaling boxes.

    3. Using two-sided tape, exposed only on one side, attach the ribbon to the back of the page while centering it on the additional inch of matting under the photograph.

    4. Journaling boxes can be create on a computer and printed out or handwritten. Choose three categories and create lists about your pet. (Examples: qualities, favorites, nicknames) The journaling box should be approx. 1.75 in x 1.75 in.

    5. Add a finishing touch to your journal boxes by using the thin black pen to create dashes and dots all the way around the edge of the box.

    6. Attach your pet's name in metal letters starting at the left side of the page.

    7. Clip the decorative paper rings over the top of the ribbon and slide into position based on the sizes of your journaling boxes. Slide the journal boxes into the paper rings.
