Guest artist Michelle Cote uses transparencies and glazes to help achieve a multi-layered altered book.Materials: Button Alphabet by PSX Small tags Golden Glazes in Violet Earth, Slate and Gold Transparency sheet Seven Gypsy paper in Franc and Dax Eyelet setter and eyelets Nail head tool and nailheads 1/8" hole punch Matte sealer - Glue two or three pages together and cut page 1/3 way from top. Cut bottom excess.
- Punch and set fiv 1/8" eyelets with eyelet setter.
- Rip collage sheet and glue to top sheet of page.
- Squirt glazes onto plate and use makeup sponge to pick up all three colors at once and dab onto the cut section and the page behind. Paint tags.
- Rip collage sheet and glue pieces to back of transparency. Glue to background page.
- Stamp and decorate little tags and hang from eyelets.
- Seal pages with spray matte sealer.
