    Figure C
    1. Begin the page by cutting four 3" x 3" squares of textured card stock. Cut two from white, one from Tahoe, and one from Mediterranean blue.

    2. Ink the edges of the textured card stock with black ink and attach to the bottom of a piece of Christmas red card stock (figure A). Ink around the entire layout with black ink.

    3. Glue a red ribbon along the top of the squares.

    4. Mount two small photos with Tahoe and white card stock. Ink the edges of the card stock with black ink. Place these mounted photos on the left side of the page.

    5. Mount a larger photo in Mediterranean blue and Tahoe card stock, inking both of the edges with black ink. Attach a red ribbon around the bottom of this photo (figure B), and place on the right side of the page.

    6. Stamp the words "All, Kids, and 4th" on the three small tags (figure C). Attach the tag with "4th" stamped onto it on the red ribbon around the large photo. Attach it using a small metal jump ring.

    7. Tie small knots of the red ribbon and attach them to the other two small tags.

    8. Attach the word "American" using the alphabet letter stickers to a piece of Tahoe card stock. Cut the word into a rectangle around the edges. Glue this word to the top left of the page (see again figure C). Glue the last two small tags around it to make the title.
