Apply rub-on words to photo and mat (see again figure B). 8. Adhere matted photo to background on right side. 9. To make snowflakes: Quill the following for each snowflake: one 3-inch loose circle; four 4-inch teardrops, four 4-inch T-scrolls, four 2-inch T-scrolls, four 3-inch hearts, four 3-inch tight circles (figure C). Note: Refer to the PDF Quilling Shapes chart at the right for images and instructions to make these shapes. See the step-by-step images below to assemble your snowflakes.
10. Cut red card stock circles using the Coluzzle and adhere to centers of the tags. 11. Punch two holes opposite each other on the tag. 12. Ink the edges of the tags with black ink, as above. 13. Adhere the quilled shapes to the tag to form the snowflakes as shown. 14. Cover the top of snowflakes with Zig glue and dip into glitter (figure D). 15. Run ribbon through the holes in the snowflake tags (figure E) and adhere ribbon to back of page. Layer snowflakes and ribbon as shown in layout.
