    Stamped Easel Frame

    Materials:

    glossy or mat cardstock Shuttered window frame stamp
    photo copied photographs or original photographs
    foam stamping pad, cleaning tray and damp rag
    glossy sticker paper (optional)
    back-up paper
    scissors
    craft knife
    cutting mat
    Xyron with adhesive cartridge, or glue stick
    double-sided tape
    ruler and scoring tool

    1. Stamp frame onto glossy sticker paper, then cut out frame around inner and outer borders, leaving tiny white edges.

    2. Crop photo to fit inside frame opening and Xyron with adhesive only.

    3. Remove one side of sticker frame backing and position photo. Place wrong side up on flat surface, remove remaining backing and smooth down photo.

    4. Remove Xyron backing from photo and stick framed photo onto cardstock to stiffen. Recut along the same lines.

    5. To create the easel stand, cut a piece of cardstock to 3" x 4" (this will make 2 stands). Fold 1/2" along each short end and cut diagonally between the fold lines. To support the frame at the proper angle, cut from outer point to bottom at fold (figure A).

    6. Apply double-stick tape along folded easel flap. Press to back with fold in center.
