    Rubber-stamp a bow on a package so you don't have to worry that the bow will be crushed in the mail.

    Mary Lyon, host of DIY Crafts, shows how to rubber-stamp and emboss a bow onto a package to avoid a real bow's being squashed in the mail.

    Materials:
    Wrapped package
    Bow image rubber stamp
    Stamp pad
    Paper
    Embossing powder
    Heat gun

    1. Stamp the image on a wrapped package. Stamp the same image on a piece of paper, and cut it out.
    2. Place the cutout over the image stamped on the package to mask it from the package.
    3. Stamp another image around the masked image. Sprinkle embossing powder over the second stamped image (figure A).
    4. Remove excess embossing powder, and heat the powder to activate it. Remove the masking image.
