    Jewelry boxes and button boxes just seem to attract odds and ends--and most crafty people wouldn't dare get rid of them! Here's a way to give your collection a new home: on a one-of-a-kind picture frame.

    Tools:

    broken jewelry
    orphaned earrings
    old buttons
    picture frames
    wire cutters
    E6000 glue

    1. Collect an assortment of broken jewelry, orphaned earrings and old buttons.

    2. Use wire cutters to remove any earring or pin backs (figure A).

    3. Remove the backing and glass from the picture frame. Using the E6000 glue, glue the jewelry to the frame in the desired pattern (figure B).
