    Glaze Craze

    1. Stamp several images onto acetate.

    2. Squeeze a glob of dimensional adhesive into the center of the acetate. Drop one to two drops of darker color re-inker in the center of the adhesive, and three to four drops of lighter re-inker into glob. Smear mix to the edges (figure A) using your finger or a paint brush.

    3. Sprinkle in glitter.

Note: Instead of glitter you could use confetti or micro-beads.

    4. Crinkle tissue paper and it smooth out, then place it over the wet surface (figure B) to "seal." Let it dry.

    5. Place the image on cardstock and embellish the edges of the cardstock as desired.

    Votive Candleholder

    1. Measure the width of one side of the candle (add in 1" to give it wiggle room). Multiple by four, then add 1/4". This is the length of the acetate piece you will cut.

    2. Measure the height of one side of the candle. Add to it one half the measurement of the candle's bottom. Add on 1/4" — that is the height of the acetate piece you will cut.

    3. Cut out a piece from the embossing window plastic according to your measurements. With a craft knife, score it vertically based on the candle's width. Repeat three times. Score horizontally across from the bottom edge equal to the candle's bottom (figure C).

    4. Stamp the image in white pigment ink. Repeat imprint to cover acetate. Pour on embossing powder, tap off excess (figure D). You may see some static and if that happens you can use a recycled dryer sheet to remove the embossing powder, and you can take a brush and brush off any of the powder you don't want.

    5. Heat the surface.

    6. Bend acetate according to the scored lines. Cut "legs" to create five flaps. Adhere the sides with double stick tape. Wrap around your candle (figure E)
