 Add color to any "Day of the Dead" holiday celebration with these Mexican paper flowers.

Project designed by Kathy Cano Murillo.Mexican Paper Flowers Materials: assorted packages of tissue paper scissors green chenille stems - Cut the tissue paper into 10" x 10" squares.
- Layer the sheets in varying colors in stacks of eight.
- Fan fold the stack so you have a rectangle. Cut a notch on both side of the center of the rectangle.
- Fold a stem over the notches and secure at the base. Cut out fun trims on either side of the rectangle so when you open the flower it will have a patterned look.
- Carefully lift up the tissue papers one at a time, working on one side at a time.
- Fluff the flower up so it looks natural.
