Create a palm tree for more fun.
|
|
Palm TreeMaterials and Ingredients: carrots unpeeled, and washed green bell peppers ice cubes Cut the bottoms of the carrots evenly so they will stand up. With a small knife or peeler, make 1/8" thick incisions randomly around the carrot to make scales. Tip: Place the carrots in a bowl of ice water. The scales will separate from the carrots so they will resemble tree trunks. Cut the tops off the peppers in a zigzag pattern. Cut a small hole out of the tip of the pepper and attach to the end of the standing carrot with a toothpick. To make the dip, mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl and spoon into the Dinosaur's belly. You can use store bought dip if you don't want to make the dip.
