    Lavender Dryer Pillows

    Lavender Dryer Pillow
    Materials:

    scrap fabric
    matching thread
    sewing machine
    pinking shears
    2 Tbsp.lavender
    small spoon

    1. Cut the scrap fabric into two 3"x4" pieces. Place them wrong sides together and pin in place.

    2. Working 1/2" in from the edge, topstitch around the pillow, leaving a 1" opening on one side (figure A).

    3. Using a small spoon, fill the pillow with lavender (figure B).

    4. Topstitch the opening shut and trim the edges of the pillow with pinking sheers to prevent the fabric from fraying in the dryer (figure C).
