Studded Fashions: Jeans, Hoodie and Cotton Tote BagBags, jeans and sweatshirts will stand out with easy techniques for adding studded flair.

Rhinestone ToteMaterials: Bedazzler or other rhinestone setter rhinestones rhinestone backings cotton tote bag (look for a fun print and no lining)
1. Adjust the Bedazzler/rhinestone setter to the rhinestone setting. Place a rhinestone upside down in the well of the setter (figure A). 2. Place the rhinestone backing, prongs out, in the plunger portion of the Bedazzler arm. 3. Position the tote, right side down against the rhinestone (figure B). Press on the arm to push the points of the rhinestone backing through the tote and bend them around the rhinestone (figure C) (figure D).
4. Repeat with additional rhinestones to add highlights to the print of the bag (figure E).
Nail-Studded JeansMaterials: nail heads Bedazzler or other nail head setter jeans nail head pattern 1. Change the Bedazzler bed setting and plunger to the appropriate size nail head (figure F). 2. Place the nail head, prongs out, in position on the jeans (figure G). Start to press the prongs through the fabric.
3. Press on the arm to completely push the points of the nail head through the tote and bend around to the back of the fabric (figure H). Continue with additional nail heads to achieve the desired pattern (figure I).
Studded HoodieMaterials: "Jeanology" iron-on studs from Plaid hoodie sweatshirt pressing cloth iron 1. Peel the white plastic backing from the "Jeanology" stud design (figure J). The back of the studs will be sticky; the front of the studs will be covered by clear plastic sheeting. 2. Place the design, sticky side down, on the sweatshirt (figure K).
3. Place a pressing cloth over the plastic sheet. With an iron (high heat, no steam), press one area of the design for 30 seconds (figure L). Iron, section by section, until the design has been pressed. 4. Remove both the iron and the pressing cloth. Let the studs cool before gently removing the plastic sheeting (figure M). The studs will be set in the sweatshirt.
