    Banana Bundt Cake

    Ingredients:

    1/3 c. softened butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3 medium mashed bananas
    2 c. flour
    1-1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    powdered sugar
    10" bundt pan
    1/4 c. flour

    1. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar (figure A). Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended (figure B). Stir in vanilla and mashed bananas (figure C).

    2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt (figure D). Add to banana mixture, alternating with sour cream (figure E).

    3. Stir in nuts and pour into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan (figure F) (figure G).

    4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes away clean.

    5. Cool on a wire rack.

    6. Dust with powdered sugar and place on a serving platter (figured H).
