Flower-petal pillows are more popular than ever, and they can command hefty prices at stylish boutiques. Save yourself some serious money by following our easy directions to make your own!
Tools:large silk flower
old pillows
scissors
thread
hand-sewing needle
1. Remove the plastic center from the silk flowers and separate the petals (figure A).2. Place the petals in the center of the pillow and stitch a button in the center (figure B). Make sure you stitch through both sides of the pillow (figure C). You can also pin a brooch in the center, if you wish.
