    Materials:

    Small shells, found or purchased – try to get them with holes
    Small beads in a color you like to space between shells
    Soft-flex
    Jump rings
    Crimps
    Lobster-claw clasp
    Masking tape
    Small drill to add holes to shells if needed
    Pliers
    Wire nippers

    1. Add holes to any shells that need them and place jump rings on shells you'd like to dangle.

    2. Lay out 2-3 separate strands of shells & beads in an arrangement you like, then cut 12" of Soft-Flex for each strand.

    3. String each strand individually, then use masking tape to hold all strands together at one end to prevent beads and shells from slipping off.

    4. Feed the opposite end of gathered through one part of the clasp and crimp them together.

    5. Remove masking tape from opposite end and check to make sure all strands are pleasing. Feed the ends of the strands through the other part of the clasp, then crimp together.
