We have made two different types: one with kitchen items and one with different types of fabric.Kitchen Items Monkey Materials: canvas craft paint old pot lid metal grommets soup spoons (two) fork sunglasses rope wire wire cutters or bolt cutters E6000 glue
2. To create a kitchen items monkey, use objects like pot lids (face and nose), two soup spoons (ears), a fork (tuft of hair) and an old pair of sunglasses (eyes) to make a face (figure A) (figure B). Use wire cutters or bolt cutters to trim the arms off the sunglasses and the spoons, if necessary. Add details to the face with metal grommets, rope and wire. Paint a canvas with craft paint and use E6000 to glue the items together and to the painted canvas. Thrift stores are great places to find materials for this monkey.
