    Materials:

    Lollipops
    Saran Wrap
    Green straws
    Green jellybeans
    Metal bucket
    Floral foam
    Pompoms
    Wiggly eyes
    Two colors of felt
    Crepe paper
    Scallop scissors
    Small scissors
    Circle template
    Pencil
    Strong green floral tape
    Aleene's Tacky Glue

    1. Remove the wrapper from the lollipop and recover it with a small piece of Saran Wrap.

    2. Trace a circle with the circle template onto the crepe paper and cut it out using the scallop scissors. Repeat with a smaller diameter of circle.

    3. Place the small circle over the large one and poke a hole through the center large enough to place the straw through (figure A).

    4. Gather the paper circles around the straw and secure in place with the green floral tape (figure B.

    5. Cut out ears from felt and glue onto the back of the lollipop. Glue wiggly eyes and a pompom for a nose onto the front of the lollipop (figure C).

    6. Place a lollipop inside each straw.

    7. Fill the bucket with floral foam to one inch from the top edge. Cover it with Saran Wrap and trim around the edge.

    8. Poke the straws into the floral foam to make an arrangement.

    9. Fill the top of the bucket with the jellybeans (figure D).
