Here’s the deal: cute, easy-to-make note pads will keep important information from getting lost in the shuffle.

Jumbo Card Note Pad

Materials:

2 jumbo cards
hole punch
4 grommets
grommet setter and hammer
two hinged notebook O-rings
scratch or scrapbook paper
hole punch

1. Punch two holes in the left side of each of the cards, approximately 1/2" from the edge. Attach a grommet in each of the holes using a grommet setter and a hammer (figure A).

2. Trim the paper to a size slightly smaller than the cards. Align the paper with the cards and, using a hole punch, punch holes in the top of the paper (figure B).

3. Sandwich the paper between the cards and attach with O-rings (figure C).
