    Citrus Drinks
    Citrus Twist

    Ingredients:

    1 oz. lemon vodka
    1 oz. peach schnapps
    1 oz. Triple Sec
    4 oz. pink grapefruit juice
    1 oz. tangerine juice

    1. Pour lemon vodka, peach schnapps and Triple Sec into a highball glass filled with ice cubes (figure A).

    2. Add juices and stir vigorously. Add ice and top with a garnish of orange (figure B) (figure C).

    Greyhound

    Ingredients:

    2 oz. vodka
    3/4 c. grapefruit juice, preferably freshly squeezed
    ice
    grapefruit garnish

    1. Pour vodka into a lowball glass (figure A).

    2. Add grapefruit juice approximately three-quarters of the way up the glass (figure B).

    3. Add ice and stir (figure C).

    4. Garnish with a wedge of fresh grapefruit (figure D).

    Kids' Citrus Smoothie

    Ingredients:

    6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar

    1. Place frozen orange juice concentrate in a blender (figure A).

    2. Add milk, water, vanilla, and sugar (figure B) (figure C).

    3. Blend ingredients (figure D).

    4. Add 8 cubes of ice, one at a time (adding the ice cubes one at a time will add more air to the smoothie and make it light and frothy (figure E).
