    1. String all of the bugle beads onto the monofilament line, knotting one end. Set aside.

    2. Loop 40" of embroidery floss around the PattieWack Tiny Tassel tool, at the 2-1/4" tassel length. Leave at least 2" to tie the loose ends of the embroidery floss at the bottom of the tool.

    3. Next, loop 10" of the eyelash fiber/yarn over the embroidery floss (figure A), tying the loose ends at the bottom of the tool.

    4. Add one large bead to the unknotted end of the strung bugle beads. Push all of the beads up on the line, to expose six unbeaded inches of the line.

    5. Slip the unbeaded line under the fibers that are looped on the tassel tool. Tie a knot at the top ridge of the Tiny Tassel tool, to form the top of the tassel. (Tie as tightly as possible.)

    6. Thread the loose end of the monofilament line through the bottom of the large bead, pushing the bead to the top of the tassel. Put a dab of super glue between the bead and the tassel top to secure. Trim off the excess line.

    7. Thread 20 seed beads onto 5" of 24-gauge wire. Wrap the beaded wire around the neck of the tassel, through the opening in the Tiny Tassel tool, and twist the ends of the wire to hold. Trim off excess wire and bend the ends into the tassel.

    8. Move the tassel down the neck of the Tiny Tassel tool, and cut the bottom of the tassel loops, trimming evenly.

    9. Slide the completed tassel off of the Tiny Tassel tool (figure B).

    10. Add the second tassel by repeating steps at the other end of the beaded monofilament line, to finish your tassel lariat necklace!
