  • Beaded Vintage-Style Choker
  • From "Jewelry Making"
    episode DJMK-213

    PHOTO

    A graceful vintage-style waterfall necklace.
Host Jackie Guerra uses seed beads to go vintage.

    Materials:

    50 grams size 9, 10 or 11 seed beads
    Memory Wire
    Round Nose Pliers
    Wire Cutters
    Flat nose pliers

    • Create a memory wire necklace base, then embellish with longer rows of seed beads that waterfall from the wire. This will create a dramatic look without a lot of bulk or weight.

    • Other ideas using memory wire and seed beads: a beaded ring, hoop earrings and beaded hair accessory.
