Note: A "Bobeche" is a collar socket used to catch candle drippings. Dena Fishbein has several ideas on how to embellish them.
A simple idea for embellishing a bobeche is to hook earrings in the holes on the bobeche (figure A) for a charming display.
Another idea is to swag a strand of beads around the bobeche and secure with small pieces of wire. Add a crystal bead at each swag point (figure B).
Wrap clippings of greens in a small circle the size of the bobeche and secure the vines with a few pieces of floral wire. Right before your guests arrive, place a few fresh flowers into the vine (figure C).
