    In this segment, host Tina Sparkles explains how easy it can be to make your own fabric strap for a Yoga mat.

    Materials:

    1-1/2 yards webbing 1" to 1/2" wide
    1 yard ribbon
    hook and loop tape

    1. Cut two pieces of webbing eight inches long to go around the mat.

    2. Cut one piece of welding 36 inches long for the strap.

    3. Add some decoration to your webbing using ribbon.

    4. Sew hook and loop tape (figure A) onto the two eight inch pieces of webbing so that they make a loop.

    5. Pin the 36 inch webbing to the smaller pieces of webbing to create the strap.

    6. Sew the strap to the smaller pieces (figure B).
