    1. Draw a flower onto the pink felt with the disappearing ink marker and cut it out.

    2. Cut two leaves out of the green felt.

    3. Glue the grosgrain ribbon onto headband and cut off a little extra ribbon so that you can fold the ends under and secure on inside of the headband (figure A). Make sure and use plenty of Fabri-Tac so the ribbon will stay adhered to the band smoothing it out well as you glue.

    4. Glue small rickrack on top of the grosgrain ribbon.

    5. Glue a rhinestone onto the center of the purple flower.

Note: If you find a flower, etc. design that you like you can use it as a template and draw the pattern onto your material with a disappearing ink marker. The ink will stay there for a short while and then disappear.

Tip: If you are cutting out small images, it makes it much easier if you use small scissors to cut the design.

    6. Glue the purple flower onto the center of the pink flower and glue a rhinestone in the center (figure B).

Tip: Layering gives lots of added dimension.

    7. Glue two green leaves to the back of the pink flower.

    8. Glue the flower element onto the headband.

    9. Another idea for a headband is to cut a strip of flowers off an old hat and hot glue them onto a plain headband.

    10. Wrap wired flowers around a srunchie (figure C).
