    1. Put cardboard inserts in the pink gloves if they don't come with them.

    2. Using green paint and a small brush, paint small eyebrow shapes on the glove for the stem. Paint all the way up the fingertips. (It is not necessary to paint the back of the gloves.) Dip the paintbrush into the pink paint and then white paint and paint rose buds on the gloves (figure A). To add a little more color, place a dot of red in the bottom center of each rosebud. Next, add leaves to the rosebuds. Let the paint dry for 3 to 4 minutes.

    3. Fold the cuff of the glove up and glue the black stretch lace trim all the way around (figure B) with Fabri-tac.

    4. Very lightly outline rosebuds with the black Sharpie marker and then put several small dots of black throughout the glove.

    5. Another idea for embellishing gloves is to use velvet gloves. Make two nice big bows with ribbon and sew them in place on the topside at the wrist of each glove. Center a button on each bow and sew in place to secure (figure C).

    6. Another fun idea is to take a pair of dishwashing gloves and hot glue some boa around the top of the glove (figure D). This would make a cute host gift for that person with a light heart and whimsical spirit.
