    Figure B

    1. Cut a corner off an old tablecloth to create a triangle with the long side longer than the length of your pet's collar.

    2. Fold all three sides in about 1/4" and press.

    3. Fold the long side of the triangle in far enough to enable you to thread the dog collar through.

    4. Cut the ends off where the top meets the sides at either end. Open up and press right and left edges in about 1/4".

    5. Use Fabri-Tac to glue the pompom fringe all along two short sides (figure A) on the inside and over the turned in edges.

    6. Once the glue is dry, stitch all along complete perimeter of scarf, tacking down ball fringe over edges.

    7. Fold the top of the scarf down far enough to allow the collar to be threaded through and sew.

    8. Iron on the letter according to the manufacturer's specifications.

    9. Thread the collar through the sleeve (figure B) and attach to dog.
