    DIY Crafts host Vicki Payne adds cinnamon sticks to the sides of pillar candles.

    Materials:

    Pillar candles
    Cinnamon sticks
    Glue gun and hot glue
    Raffia

    1. Run a bead of hot glue from the top to the bottom of a pillar candle. Place a cinnamon stick on the glue, and hold in place while the glue sets up (figure A ).

    2. Continue gluing cinnamon sticks vertically around the candle.

    3. Tie a piece of raffia around the candle.
