    Materials:

    wooden clipboard
    scrapbooking paper
    blue painter's tape
    découpage medium
    craft paint
    optional: spray primer

    1. Optional: Use the spray primer to prime the metal clip of the clipboard (figure A). Allow the primer to dry and apply craft paint.

    2. Tape off the metal clip. Apply scrapbooking paper to the clipboard with decoupage medium. Allow it to dry. Add additional clippings with découpage medium (figure B).
